Meeting Room

The function room is equipped with a projector and a computer with an internet connection. The space allows a meeting for about 18 persons, or an event for 30 persons.

Cafeteria

The museum cafeteria has room for about 30 people. It is adjacent to the meeting room, which allows using them together as a bigger space for an event. The cafeteria can only be used for private functions outside of the museum opening hours.

Kamari

Kamari (“The Chamber”) is adjacent to the museum entrance hall. It follows the museum opening hours and entrance fees and is a space for play and putter. The room is primarily aimed at the use of day care centre and school groups, and the groups may use it for instructional purposes or even a lunch break. Kamari is also suitable for having meetings. The space is equipped with tables and stools, some tables and chairs for children, a blackboard and a monitor.

The Taavi Stage

The Taavi stage is on the bottom floor of the permanent Elon merkkejä (“Signs of Life”) exhibition, within the exhibition space. There is room for about 100 persons. The space is suitable for lectures, concerts and many other events. The stage has a fixed projection screen and AV equipment.

Museo Café

The Museo Café at Satakunta Museum is right next to the ticket sales desk and has a fantastic view over the river Kokemäenjoki and Kirjurinluoto. The Museo Café is open during the museum opening hours.
